Doritos just got 110% cooler by announcing rainbow… yes you heard that right… rainbow coloured chips. 

The world’s favourite tortilla sweethearts didn’t just do it to be Cool-Ranch either! The extra colourful flavoured chips are part of a special limited edition release to show their support for the LGBT community. 

Don’t worry, the chips won’t just be dyed in the colours of our beloved pride flag and then just call it a day. Doritos has joined forces with LGBT youth outreach organization the It Gets Better Project.  

The It Gets Better Project’s main mission is to communicate to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth around the world that it gets better, and to create and inspire the changes needed to make it better for them. 

The beautiful array of rainbow tortillas cannot be found in stores but instead are sold online with all proceeds going directly to the charity and shipping costs covered by Doritos. A fun space at the bottom of the donations page allows you to leave your own quote to inspire others to be themselves. 

“There’s nothing bolder than being yourself,” the company states on the back of the bag also declaring on the donations page that they “support the bold lifestyles their fans lead – all of them.”

In addition to that, Doritos and the It Gets Better Project have used the hashtag #BoldAndBetter to promote the rainbow chips. 

So go on get your chip on!
